Mrs. Lomeli: Sophomore English Class

The Latino College Preparatory Academy is a charter high school created jointly between The National Hispanic University and East Side Union High School District. It was established to provide an alternative to students who are not succeeding in a large, traditional high school because of a language difference.  The goal of the school is to help students graduate from high school and have an opportunity to attend college proficient in English, Spanish and computers.  LCPA is housed at the National Hispanic University, a university campus, where students are part of a learning community that includes college students and professors as role models.
